You may use the site to enquire about staffing services or to register as a candidate. You agree to give accurate information and not to misuse the site.
Candidates.
Registration is free. We never charge candidates a fee. We do not guarantee any role, interview or offer. You confirm that the licenses and credentials you give us are genuine and current.
Employers.
Submitting a request is not a contract. Placement services are provided under a separate written agreement that sets out the fee, the guarantee and the payment terms. Our standard terms of business are provided before any search begins.

Communications.
By contacting us you agree that we may reply by email or phone. Text messages are sent only with your separate opt in (see SMS terms).
Intellectual property.
The site content and the Tilden Health name and mark belong to Arkscale Ventures Inc.
No warranty, limitation.
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Arkscale Ventures Inc. is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site.

The laws of the State of Delaware, United States, govern these terms.
