How our fee works

  1. Contingency only. You pay a placement fee calculated as a percentage of the hire's first year base salary, agreed in writing before we start and invoiced on their start date.

  2. No retainer, no exclusivity, no fee if we do not fill the role.

  3. If the hire leaves within the guarantee period set out in your agreement, we replace them at no additional fee.
