Who we are.
Tilden Health is a trading name of Arkscale Ventures Inc., a Delaware corporation. We place healthcare and care staff with employers in the United States.
What we collect.
In the categories the California Consumer Privacy Act uses: identifiers (name, email, mobile number), professional or employment information (job title, work history, preferences), professional licences and certifications and the states they are held in, and the contents of a résumé and of your communications with us. In plain terms: from employers: name, work email, phone, organization, role details. From candidates: name, email, mobile number, job title, licenses and certifications, states licensed in, work preferences, résumé and the information it contains, and your communications with us. From everyone: basic technical data from your visit (IP address, browser, pages viewed) via our hosting provider's logs. We do not collect health information about you and ask that you do not include any in a résumé or message.
Where it comes from.
From you, when you complete a form on this site, email us, text us or speak to us. From an employer, when they tell us about a role or about a candidate they have met. From public professional sources such as a licence register or a professional profile you have made public. We do not buy lists.
How we use it.
To match candidates with roles, present candidates to employers with their permission, schedule interviews, respond to enquiries, send service messages, keep records required by law, and improve the site.
Sharing.
Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer only after the candidate agrees. We use service providers to run the site, deliver email and text messages, and store data (hosting, email delivery, telephony, a CRM). They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act. Mobile opt in information and consent, including phone numbers collected for SMS, is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages (SMS).
If you opt in, we send texts about job opportunities, interview scheduling and application updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop and HELP for help, or email hello@tildenhealth.com. Opting out of texts does not affect your registration.
Cookies.
The site uses no advertising cookies. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies and collect anonymous, cookieless analytics.
Retention.
Candidate profiles are kept while you are active and for up to 24 months after our last contact unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Employer records are kept for the duration of our relationship and as required for tax and legal purposes.
Your rights.
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing hello@tildenhealth.com. We answer within 45 days.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA: the right to know what we collect, use and disclose; to delete what we hold; to correct what is inaccurate; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not do in any case; to limit the use of sensitive personal information, which we do not use beyond providing our service; and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising any of them. Email the address above and say which right you are exercising. We may ask you to confirm your identity before we act, and an authorised agent may make a request on your behalf.
Security.
We use reputable providers, access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at hello@tildenhealth.com if you believe your data has been compromised.
Children.
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes.
We will post changes here with a new effective date.
